    Notes for band: Arrive at 14:00 for rehearsal/briefing followed by the concert at 15:00.  Uniform: formal (black shirt, white tie). 

    Please bring cakes for internal refreshments.

    There will be a ‘give-it-a-go’ session after the concert so it would be great if anyone in the band has any spare instruments lying around if they could bring them in to use in the give-it-a-go session.
