  Arrive by 10:15. Although Hot Aire! is not part of the parade, the  band should be in place by the time the parade sets off at 10:45 from the Arts Centre. No uniform, wear warm, sombre outdoor clothing. Please note, this event is outdoors without electricity and the band will be standing throughout.
